Delivery Time
We ship the product from the warehouse within 1-3 business days to the customer.
We ship and sell products worldwide, and our deliveries usually take between 8-25 business days under normal circumstances. Orders placed on weekends are usually packed and shipped the next business day.
Delivery dates are based on business days and therefore do not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that special orders may require longer processing and manufacturing times
If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as during a global pandemic, we are not responsible for any problems caused by the delivery time. Please allow up to 30 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order by tracking your order with the provided tracking number.
If you have questions regarding deliveries, you should always contact us via email with the subject “Delivery” so that we can respond to you as quickly as possible.
The products are shipped directly from our partner’s warehouse to be able to offer you the best possible prices. We reserve the right that errors may occur in connection with third-party logistics. By making a purchase with us, you agree to all of the terms specified on this website. We therefore advise you to contact us in advance if you have questions about your purchase before entering into a purchase agreement. For complaints or other questions, you should always contact us via email to ensure you receive a response as quickly as possible.
For all packages that are not collected, Santastore.se reserves the right to charge you 200 SEK for return shipping and handling costs.
*Our delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed times and may therefore vary depending on where you live in Sweden.
Import VAT & Customs Fee
Since the goods are shipped directly from our supplier outside the EU, the shipment may in some cases be subject to import VAT and customs fees. Overall, this does not occur very often, and in cases where you receive a notice from Postnord to pay import VAT, we ask you to inform us so we can look further into it.
The customs fee (notified by Customs) only applies at a declared goods value of around 1600 SEK and upwards, therefore import VAT is more common.
Where is my order?
Your order will be shipped from our partner’s warehouse within 1-3 business days*, we will send you an email with a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and delivery information.
If you are still unsure where your package is, please email us so our support team can assist you further.
*During high volumes, processing time may vary up to 7 days. The times stated above are only an estimate of how long our packages usually take to process. The times above are not guaranteed delivery times.
My package cannot be tracked, what can I do?
After receiving the confirmation email of your shipment, it may take up to 5-7 business days before the tracking code is active. If you still experience problems, do not hesitate to contact us.
