Refunds

If you are, against expectation, not satisfied, you may return the entire shipment (or parts of it) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we as the retailer do not cover the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and packaged in its original packaging.

Also note that certain types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. You can read more about this under section 5.2 of our general terms and conditions (these exemptions do not apply to the products sold on this website).

Before returning any items, please contact us to receive an address for the correct destination country.

Returns (if applicable)
Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation that we have received your returned goods.

It will also state whether we have approved or rejected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds?
Follow these steps:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in some way. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping
We will inform you by email where to send your return (this will be provided when you receive an RMA from us).

As mentioned above, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are returning a shipment with a total value of over 500 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
