2. Order
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all information about products, price, billing, and delivery address. Note that we do not take any responsibility for a delivery that failed due to incorrectly provided information. If you discover that something is wrong in the confirmation, we ask you to immediately contact us
3. DeliveryOur normal delivery times are 8-12 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday. If there is a delivery delay (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you must contact us. For more detailed information regarding delivery, please see our delivery information
4. Prices
Customers are invoiced without VAT in accordance with Chapter 5 ML – all prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are excluding VAT. Klarna Checkout may show prices including VAT, but as a customer you will be charged excluding VAT. We reserve the right for price changes caused by supplier changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price. 5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the goods you ordered.
- You must notify our customer support that you regret your purchase; the message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the products the return concerns.
- You should immediately (and no later than within 14 days after the withdrawal notice) return the products to us.
- You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be well-packaged, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
- On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to any depreciation compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
- Products that for health or hygiene reasons are sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products in the form of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products, specially tailored for you or clearly personalized according to your wishes.
- Services that have been fully performed and where you expressly agreed that the service would begin without the right of withdrawal.
- Goods that may deteriorate quickly, e.g. food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
6. Complaints
- We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly delivered, we commit ourselves under applicable consumer protection legislation to remedy the error free of charge.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
- The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
- Any errors and defects must always be reported to our customer support, where you provide your name, address, email address, and order number. It is important that you also send pictures and a description of the defect.
- If we determine that we cannot remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective under applicable consumer protection law. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
- We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
- We take no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include strike, fire, war, government decisions, or non-delivery from suppliers.
- Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product properties made by the respective suppliers or other factors beyond our control.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as product sellouts. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the product’s exact appearance, as some color differences may occur depending on screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to present the products as correctly as possible.
9. Personal Data and Cookies
We use cookies on our website, mainly for marketing purposes, and we also store your personal data in accordance with current legislation (GDPR). Read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to our Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. For residents of another EU country than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
- Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
